I have been involved in the sport of drag racing since 1973. I became involved in NHRA Super Stock racing at a divisional and national level in 1980. In 1980, Mike Pustelny, Joe Pavlovich and I formed a partnership on a 1970 Super Stock J Mustang. Our efforts were rewarded with numerous class wins at NHRA national events and a number of NHRA records. Our partnership lasted until 1986. In 1987 I began racing on my own with a 1986 Mustang in Super Stock G. Since then I competed at many NHRA Division 3 points meets, some NHRA national events and some IHRA national events, setting some records and winning class at the US Nationals along the way.

I now have a 1986 Mustang that competes in NHRA and IHRA Super Stock GT/D, a 1995 Thunderbird that competes in NHRA and IHRA Super Stock GT/E and my 1990 Probe that competes in IHRA Crate Motor Stock.

I did not race any of my cars durring the 2007 season, instead I teamed up with Jim Ronzello and helped him race his 1995 SS/BX Mustang. Jim was runner up in Super Stock at the NHRA Division 3 points meet at Stanton, Michigan and was the SS/BX class winner at the Colombus Sports Nationals. The only driving I did this year was at the IHRA Motor City Nationals, where I was the SS/BX class winner.
